Targeting immune checkpoint inhibitors, such as PD-1, PD-L1, and CTLA-4, has become pivotal in immunotherapy research, and so have monoclonal antibodies (mAbs), whether naked or conjugated with a chemotherapy agent or radioactive particle. Another area of active investigation is chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy, where T cells are genetically programmed to attach to proteins on the surface of cancer cells. We offer a number of reagent technologies, radioactive and non-rad, for detection of key immuno-oncology targets.
