Alpha Technology

Virtually anything can be measured with Alpha Technology quickly and easily, including enzymes, receptor-ligand interactions, low-affinity interactions, second messenger levels, DNA, RNA, proteins, protein post-translational modifications, protein:protein interactions, peptides, sugars and small molecules.

  • Ease-of-use: homogeneous, no-wash assay, with no separation steps
  • Fast: results in 3 hours for most applications
  • High sensitivity: detect down to femtogram levels of target
  • Large dynamic range: 4-5 logs
  • Compatible with many samples types: serum, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), tissue extracts, cell culture supernatants, cell lysates, and more

LANCE和LANCE(镧系元素螯合物激发)Ultra是TR-FRET(时间分辨荧光共振能量转移)和均相(无需洗涤)技术。其中一个结合配体标有供体荧光团(LANCE铕螯合物),另一个标有受体荧光团(ULight™受体染料)。激发到320-340nm时,如果距离范围满足荧光共振能量转移要求(~10 nm),则能量可从供体螯合物转移到受体荧光团上。因此可在665nm处探测到光线发射。

Phospho-SMAD1 (Ser463/465) Terbium SureFire Ultra Detection Kit

The Alpha SureFire® Ultra™ Multiplex kits allow the rapid, sensitive, and quantitative detection of two phosphoprotein targets in each well of an assay plate. This kit can be used in combination with any AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra assay to detect phospho-SMAD1 (Ser463/465) in a multiplexed assay.

Chloramphenicol Biotin-free AlphaLISA Detection Kit

The AlphaLISA® biotin-free immunoassay kit for chloramphenicol enables the quantitative determination of chloramphenicol in buffered solution, milk and cell culture supernatants using a homogeneous AlphaLISA assay (no wash steps). The kit utilizes a Digoxigenin (DIG) / Anti-DIG interaction as opposed to the traditional Streptavidin/Biotin interaction. This enables optimal performance when working with biotin-rich media (e.g. RPMI) or samples containing endogenous biotin.

AlphaLISA Anti-acetyl-Histone H4 Lysine (H4Kac pan) Acceptor Beads

AlphaLISA® Acceptor beads conjugated to an antibody against acetylated lysine residues on human Histone H4 (H4Kac pan). These beads can be used for AlphaLISA no-wash epigenetic writer and eraser assays.
