Alpha Technology

Virtually anything can be measured with Alpha Technology quickly and easily, including enzymes, receptor-ligand interactions, low-affinity interactions, second messenger levels, DNA, RNA, proteins, protein post-translational modifications, protein:protein interactions, peptides, sugars and small molecules.

  • Ease-of-use: homogeneous, no-wash assay, with no separation steps
  • Fast: results in 3 hours for most applications
  • High sensitivity: detect down to femtogram levels of target
  • Large dynamic range: 4-5 logs

LANCE和LANCE(镧系元素螯合物激发)Ultra是TR-FRET(时间分辨荧光共振能量转移)和均相(无需洗涤)技术。其中一个结合配体标有供体荧光团(LANCE铕螯合物),另一个标有受体荧光团(ULight™受体染料)。激发到320-340nm时,如果距离范围满足荧光共振能量转移要求(~10 nm),则能量可从供体螯合物转移到受体荧光团上。因此可在665nm处探测到光线发射。

The assay shows no cross-reactivity with human IL-17A and with mouse IL17F, bovine IL17F, and rat IL17F. Cross-reactivity with other species has not tested.

AlphaScreen SureFire CHK2 (p-Thr68) Assay Kit 

The AlphaScreen® SureFire® p-CHK2 (Thr68) assay is a sandwich immunoassay for quantitative detection of phospho-CHK2 (phosphorylated on Thr68 in cellular lysates using Alpha Technology. Please note that an AlphaScreen Protein A kit, which contains the Alpha Beads necessary to run this assay, needs to be purchased separately in addition to the AlphaScreen SureFire kit.
