Reliably detect and quantitate many nucleic acids that cannot be measured with standard methods using in situ hybridization. Our reagent kits are widely cited for detection of DNA, mRNA and miRNA sequences, with some researchers reporting detection of single copies.

Signal amplification with our kits leads to reliable results, even with short synthetic oligonucleotide probes. These can be used with any hapten labeled probe for fluorescent or chromogenic signal generation.

Advantages of using In Situ Hybridization:

  • Improved limit of detection and quantitative range
  • Reduced exposure time for faster imaging
