High-Purity Brass Regulator (Single Stage), CGA-350, Use:H2 and Ar/CH4 mixes. PerkinElmer offers both single- and dual-stage regulators. All regulators are supplied with standard CGA fittings. We recommend that you consult your local gas supplier first to determine the proper tank regulator required. All regulators have an outlet shutoff valve and terminate in a 1/4 in. NPT fitting with male threads. High-purity Brass Regulators are constructed of high-purity brass barstock, and have stainless steel diaphragms and metal-to-metal seals. They are suitable for use with high-purity (>99.995% pure) non-corrosive gases. Applications include: -High-purity carrier gas; -Most gas chromatography applications Regulators terminate in a 1/4 in. Gas Pressure Regulator Features: Barstock Body Construction: - Barstock bodies have a lower internal volume than forged bodies, allowing for more complete purging of atmospheric contaminants. Stainless Steel Diaphragms: - Unlike elastomeric diaphragms, stainless steel diaphragms don’t absorb atmospheric contaminants or allow them to diffuse into the gas stream. Metal-to-metal Seals: - Metal-to-metal seals provide reliable protection from inboard leakage of atmospheric contaminants. CGA Fitting: CGA-350. Delivery Pressure Use: H2 and Ar/CH4 mixes. Delivery Pressure Range (psig): 3-80. Cylinder Pressure Gauge (psig): 0-100. Gauge (psig): 0-3000.
