Virtually any target can be quickly and easily measured using Alpha technology, an improved alternative to quantitative ELISA assays and ELISA reagents. Such targets include enzymes, receptor-ligand interactions, low-affinity interactions, second messenger levels, DNA, RNA, proteins, protein-protein interactions, peptides, sugars and small molecules.

Epigenetics

 

Epigenetics is the analysis of heritable traits that are not transmitted by sequence information. For methylation analysis, NEXTflex® Bisulfite-Seq and Methyl-Seq Kits are available to simplify whole genome bisulfite sequencing, reduced representation bisulfite sequencing, and MeDIP or MeCap sequencing. To analyze how proteins interact with DNA, NEXTflex® ChIP-Seq Library Preparation Kits, requiring very low input amounts, simplify ChIP-seq experiments and reliably produce libraries from difficult samples.

Phospho-SMAD1 (Ser463/465) Terbium SureFire Ultra Detection Kit

The Alpha SureFire® Ultra™ Multiplex kits allow the rapid, sensitive, and quantitative detection of two phosphoprotein targets in each well of an assay plate. This kit can be used in combination with any AlphaLISA SureFire Ultra assay to detect phospho-SMAD1 (Ser463/465) in a multiplexed assay.

Chloramphenicol Biotin-free AlphaLISA Detection Kit

The AlphaLISA® biotin-free immunoassay kit for chloramphenicol enables the quantitative determination of chloramphenicol in buffered solution, milk and cell culture supernatants using a homogeneous AlphaLISA assay (no wash steps). The kit utilizes a Digoxigenin (DIG) / Anti-DIG interaction as opposed to the traditional Streptavidin/Biotin interaction. This enables optimal performance when working with biotin-rich media (e.g. RPMI) or samples containing endogenous biotin.
